100% NGN, it allows a native Class V integration between carriers and users. Its simultaneous-user capacity is delivered in accordance with the configuration required by for the carrier.

The platform is complete, and it includes service modules as Billing, Customer Relationship Management, Interactive Voice Response, Invoice emitting system and technical features already customized for PSTN and IP Carriers, contemplating Co-Billing accords, wholesale operation, interconnection nodes, etc.

The Govoip GoSW Softswitch also counts with a robust CRM and ERP tool for users’ management, sales, products and calling plans creation & control, numbering plans, trouble tickets, service orders, users’ historical records and other features.
